This NEW Arrhythmia Course designed for cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, arrhythmologists and allied health professionals, will be held in-person over 2 days and will include:

  • Expert-led presentations
  • Live surgical cases
  • Live-in-a-box videos
  • Moderated discussions

The programme will provide attendees with an interdisciplinary and comprehensive overview of the hybrid management of complex arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmias. 

Attendees will learn both fundamental and more advanced concepts of current arrhythmia treatment, including different approaches to atrial fibrillation and non-AF arrhythmia treatment.

NEW Course by EACTS: How to become a successful Surgical Investigator: Tools & Techniques

The purpose of this course is to teach practical techniques and skills that are necessary to meet the stringent criteria for applications and to obtain funding for grants.  The course will focus on grant writing, statistics and effective communication and is aimed at all skills levels.  We encourage established scientists, new investigators, those involved in surgical research projects, as well as fellows interested in clinical research to attend this course.
