STS 2009 Membership Application

Cardiothoracic surgeons interested in applying for membership in The Society of Thoracic Surgeons can view membership requirements and download an application by visiting www.sts.org/membership.  All applications and supporting materials must be received at STS Headquarters by October 15 for the application to be voted on by the Society’s membership during the upcoming STS 46th Annual Meeting in Fort Lauderdale. 

Membership includes: Free subscription to The Annals of Thoracic Surgery, STS News, and other STS newsletters

• Discounted participation fees for the STS National Database
• Access to a growing number of resources available via the STS Web site
