Simultaneous translation will be available and a transcript of the lectures will be provided with the DVD recording for review.

A webcast of the symposium will enable surgeons worldwide to tune in.

Lectures will be available for download on the World Heart Foundation Website,

www.world-heart.org, after the completion of the symposium.

The number of seats is limited in the teleconference centers so please return your application for the sessions by fax as soon as possible.

Each session will be from 7 pm until midnight Vietnam time and food and beverages will be available for surgeons.
