Robotic Mediastinal Surgery

Franca Melfi of the University of Pisa, Italy, discusses the benefits of robotic surgery in the management of mediastinal disease, along with the supporting evidence. Dr. Melfi describes her own use of robotic surgery for thymectomy, and shares a video demonstration of her technique.

Congratulations to the article and video...I think all thoracic surgeons should have opportunity to try robotic surgery. I'm thoracic surgeon from Argentina where Da Vinci is not our priority in hospitals but I applause Dr Melfi Thanks
