AIRLINE INFORMATION
STS's travel coordinator, Flying Colors, has negotiated special AIR TRAVEL DISCOUNTS with American Airlines for travel to San Antonio, TX between January 19, 1999 and February 1, 1999.
AMERICAN is OFFERING...
A bonus discount of 5% below the lowest fare for which you qualify, (a 10% discount below lowest fare Early Bird Special will apply to tickets purchased NO LATER than 60 days in advance of the travel date.)
OR, if you cannot meet the restrictions of the deeply discounted super saver fares, an STS exclusive discount of 15% off American's round-trip, full coach fares, or the new published Zone fares with a seven day advance notice and a 2 night minimum stay may be used.
Space is limited, and restrictions and cancellation penalties do apply. Travel is valid for the U.S.A. and Canada.

CAR RENTAL
Special discounted rates have been arranged with Avis Rent-a-Car, Inc. Ask your Flying Colors representative to reserve an Avis car when you make your airline reservation, or call Avis directly at (800) 331-1600 and mention STS's ID Number D000539. Outside the U.S., call (310) 646-5600 and ask for reservations.
TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT
The downtown area is approximately 15 miles from the airport, a 30 minute ride.
Taxi service is available from the airport to downtown hotels at an average cost of $28.00 for up to two people, $8.00 for each additional passenger.
Airport shuttle service is also available. The cost for a one-way ticket is $10.00 per person, and for round-trip, $20.00 per person. Airport Shuttle service begins at 4:30am and runs throughout the day until the last flight has arrived and is located at the baggage claim area. Tickets can be purchased at the Airport shuttle booth or from the driver. Shuttles depart every 15 minutes, the number for this service is (800) 543-6332.
