Listen as attorney Luke Pittoni discusses how to best prepare yourself if faced with a lawsuit. He will outline the litigation process from beginning to end. Using a real cardiothoracic case study, Mr. Pittoni will cross-examine one of our members and then moderate a discussion on how well—or not so well—the “defendant” presented his case.

Mr. Pittoni is the Senior Partner of the Stamford, CT, law firm Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP. He practices in both Connecticut and New York. A 1971 graduate of Fordham Law School, Mr. Pittoni is the founder and former President of the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association. For more than 27 years, he has focused his practice on the defense of medical malpractice and product liability cases.
