The Sequestra 1000® Autotransfusion System performs both high-speed red blood cell salvage and blood component sequestration. The Sequestra 1000® System enables you to harvest an effective therapeutic dose of concentrated platelets (at least 20% of preoperative circulating platelets) without hemodynamically compromising the patient. It also assures consistent sequestration of a concentrated, therapeutic dose.1-6
