Instructions for Logging In To CTSNet

Certain pages on CTSNet require that you enter your CTSNet User ID and Password.

If you know your CTSNet User ID and Password:

1. In the CTSNet User ID box, type your CTSNet User ID. Make sure that you use all lowercase letters.
2. In the CTSNet Password box, type your CTSNet Password and use the Submit button. Note that your Password will not display as you type it.

If you do not know your CTSNet User ID and Password

If you do not have a CTSNet User ID and Password

If you do not have a CTSNet User ID and Password and you are a cardiothoracic surgeon or cardiothoracic surgeon-in-training, fill in all of the information on the CTSNet Feedback form and submit it. CTSNet will send you the information that you need to get started via email as quickly as possible.
