You must be a registered member or associate member of CTSNet to receive a CTSNet User ID and password. With a CTSNet User ID and password, you will have access to certain secure areas of CTSNet to which you have been granted permission to enter. If you are a CTSNet member who has forgotten your password, use the Email Password tool to have your User ID and password emailed to the email address on your CTSNet member home page. If your email address on CTSNet is not correct or you cannot get your CTSNet User ID and password using this tool, send us a note.
Your CTSNet User ID and password are assigned to you when you become a CTSNet member. You cannot change your CTSNet User ID. But, you can change your password to something more memorable. Go to the Members link in the CTSNet left menu. Then, go to the "Change your CTSNet member password" link in the right column of the Members page, and follow the instructions.
