Please do not submit material that has been previously published.
Every submission must include a Conditions for Publication form signed by all authors and the following items in an editable format (Word file, email, etc.).
- Title
- Authors—List a maximum of six authors in the order they should appear including for each: first name, family name, and institutional affiliation (department is optional).
- Corresponding Author—Provide the name, e-mail address and telephone number, of the author to whom communications should be directed.
- Announcement Text—300-character (including spaces and punctuation) or less description of the content to be used for an announcement on the CTSNet Home Page.
- Content Format—A Microsoft Word document with figure and video (if included) locations denoted in the text with figure legends at the end of the text.
- Figure/Image—Submit image(s) as JPG files. The size of the files is unimportant, assuming they are of adequate pixel density to render well on the screen. Large files can always be converted to smaller files, so file size should not be a concern of the author, although bigger (600 x 400 pixel range) is preferable to smaller. Images that are embedded in a file, such as a Microsoft Word document, are not acceptable.
If you are not the copyright holder of a portion of your submission (journal excerpt, photo, etc.), you must obtain permission to publish the item(s) from the copyright holder. A form for that purpose is available. Likewise, if any part of your submission was previously published you must obtain written permission from the publisher for republication. Submit copies of permissions with your submission.
The signed Conditions for Publication form, permission letters and other supplemental material should accompany the submission. Submissions will not be considered for publication until all of the required information and documents have been received. Send all related content and documents to:
