Size
Currently over 140,000 documents at 14GB of cached content.
Document Types
HTML, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, PDF, plain text, rich text. Excluded assets include any images and various administratively defined document types.
Secure Documents
Documents secured via CTSNet or LDAP restricted login are not included in the document collection.
Forums, Wiki, Gallery
CTSNet forums, Wiki and Gallery are not included in the search collection. CTSNet forums have their own search mechanism.
My Alerts
Our new Google Appliance has the ability to email member alerts based on keywords found during its continuous crawl of CTSNet assets. The “My Alerts” link is found on the upper right corner of the Google search results page. Login using your CTSNet userid and password. Add any keyword you are interested in receiving notification for and select the notification frequency. Any time a new document is encountered during the appliances continuous crawl that contains your keyword or phrase an email notification will be sent to the email address in your CTSNet member profile.
