IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: MMCTS accepted for Medline/PubMed indexing

The European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery is pleased to announce that the Multimedial Manual of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (MMCTS) is now to be indexed by Medline/PubMed.

Note: There may be some delay in the processing/uploading of the electronic data until MMCTS actually appears on the various MedLine/PubMed websites.  Readers/users please be patient.

New Book in the CTSNet Bookstore

A new edition of Near Misses in Cardiac Surgery by Myles Edwin Lee, M.D., has just been published. The book contains a new preface by Denton A. Cooley, M.D., from the Texas Heart Institute.

Near Misses in Cardiac Surgery is a resource for the CTSNet's safety reporting system  and is the template used by CTSNet as a teaching tool for the anonymous reporting of near-disasters by cardiac surgeons around the world.
