Jones, MD, 68, a world renowned Cardiothoracic Surgeon passed away on February 6, 2007 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Magovern June 8, 1954 - March 17, 2007 One of Pittsburgh's foremost surgeons and a nationally known expert in the field of cardiothoracic surgery died of kidney cancer Saturday at his home in Fox Chapel. Memorial Service for Dr. Hermes Grillo A memorial service for Dr. Hermes Grillo will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2007, at 3:00 pm at the Memorial Church, Harvard University. The French Society of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery The French Society of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery elected a new slate of officers at its fall meeting.
