Congenital sinus of Valsalva aneurysms are a rare entity. In an unknown percentage of patients, the aneurysms rupture into various cardiac chambers leading to symptoms of heart failure. This video demonstrates the technique of repairing a ruptured right coronary sinus aneurysm into the right atrium. Although the approach may vary depending on the site of rupture, the basic principles are similar for all varieties.
