Congratulations, Dr. Kempfert, on the excellent educational video. The results are truly impressive.
I am just curious to know how you manage the deairing. I noticed that in your video, you had already removed the cannula and closed the site before removing the aortic clamp.
In my practice, I manage it by keeping the cannula for anterograde cardioplegia in place and using it to drain the air whit the patient in Trendelemburg position.
