This video presents the case of totally endoscopic partial atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD) repair in a 40-year-old male with severe pulmonary hypertension (PH). 

The authors describe the details of the steps and key elements of the operation, along with the entire setup. Before the intraoperative echocardiogram, a computed tomography (CT) scan was performed. The operation was performed using a 3D endoscope. The result of the operation was good, and the patient was discharged on the sixth postoperative day.
