This article discussed the implementation of individual WhatsApp groups at the National Center for Pectus Surgery for patients undergoing the Nuss procedure as part of the RESTORE trial, aimed at enhancing perioperative support. The initiative facilitated direct communication with the clinical team, with all participants reporting satisfaction and highlighting its effectiveness in improving care and reassurance, particularly regarding pain management and wound observations.
