This meeting will feature two full parallel programmes; the first will explore aspects of Thoracic surgery and anaesthesia. Mark Steven, honorary secretary ACTACC and Miss Karen Redmond, consultant Thoracic surgeon from the Mater hospital, Dublin and chair of SCTS Thoracic sub-committee, have put together a programme reinforcing the benefits of anaesthetic and surgical partnership and the importance of the whole multi-disciplinary team working to deliver the best possible Thoracic surgical care. The second will explore different aspects of Cardiac surgery and anaesthesia. Dr Joe Arrowsmith, President ACTACC, and Mr Narain Moorjani, President SCTS, will be delivering this stream.
