Register now for the ESTS Course on Terrorism and Disaster Management, a two-day course with sessions tailored to the public and to healthcare professionals. Registration closes October 31, 2017.

Day 1 (November 16, 2017, 13:30 – 18:30) is open to the public. These sessions will address general aspects on terrorism and preparedness.

• Session 1: Origins and dissemination of terrorism
• Session 2: Prevention and management of terrorist attacks

Day 2 (November 17, 2017, 08:30 – 16:30) is open to healthcare professionals. These sessions aim to prepare European surgeons for state-of-the-art of medical mass casualty management, from triage at the site of the attack to care for individual victims.

• Session 1: On-site management at the site of disaster
• Session 2: In-hospital organisation of care for multiple wounded
• Session 3: Care of the individual patient
• Session 4: Expected and unexpected situations

Registration fees:  

• Day 1: 50 euros - badge distribution starts at 11:00 hours
• Day 2: 2-day package for 300 euros – badge distribution starts at 07:00 hours
