The well-known cone procedure with detachment, displacement, and rotation of the leaflet has been designed for patients with Ebstein anomaly. However, the authors think that it may be used for any situation in which the septal and/or posterior leaflets are defective or non-functional. This video shows how the cone repair can be used successfully in an endocarditis patient where the septal cusp is completely destroyed.
