The General Thoracic Surgical Club (GTSC) invites general thoracic surgical professionals to participate in the GTSC 39th Annual Meeting, to be held at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas in Palm Springs, CA from March 18-21, 2027. This is the moment to present your cutting-edge research, showcase standout surgical videos, and take advantage of seven prestigious scholarship opportunities while connecting with colleagues who share your passion for thoracic surgery.

ABSTRACTS

Bring your best research to the spotlight! Submit an abstract for a poster presentation and join the brightest minds in thoracic surgery. Your work will be featured during breaks throughout the meeting, giving you a prime chance to spark conversations and collaborations.

All abstracts are automatically considered for the coveted Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) Scholarship, awarded to the top three abstracts.

Recipients Receive:

Three nights hotel stay (room and tax)
Complimentary meeting registration
Up to $750 in travel reimbursement

SURGICAL MOVIE NIGHT

Get ready for a night of surgical showmanship! Submit your most impressive 8-10 minute surgical video for the GTSC Surgical Movie Night, where peers will vote for their favorites. The two videos receiving the most votes will be honored with a certificate and a special GTSC prize package recognizing your talent and dedication to thoracic surgery.

In addition, all movie submissions are automatically considered for the coveted Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) Scholarship, awarded to the top video submission.
