RATS Resection of an Azygos Vein Aneurysm
A female patient in her thirties was referred to our clinic when an MRI for neck pain revealed an upper right sided mediastinal mass that proved to be an azygos vein aneurysm. Because of the possibility of emboli, a RATS resection was recommended. Here we present the operative video of the procedure.
