This video shows a step-by-step approach for transapical TMVI with the Tendyne valve in an eighty-one-year-old high surgical risk patient with severe primary mitral regurgitation and prior TAVI.
A Tendyne low-profile 29L valve was implanted and the patient recovered very well without any complications.
