Minimal invasive approaches are the golden standard for the treatment of thoracic malignancies. Nowadays, we can offer a vast number of different procedures with either VATS or RATS approach, that would be out of question a few years ago. In this video, we demonstrate a VATS Bilobectomy through an only 4 cm incision on a 27-year-old patient who underwent chemo/radiation therapy prior to his surgery. He was discharged just 36 hours post surgery.
