Trained Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgeon (from AIIMS, New Delhi) experienced in adult and pediatric cardiac surgeries. Started the complex congenital heart surgery program in AIIMS, Jodhpur. First to perform Fontan surgeries in Western Rajasthan. Pioneered the minimally invasive cardiac surgery program in AIIMS Jodhpur, performed MICS ASD closure in the youngest patient (2 years young boy) in Western Rajasthan, also performed TOF repair in the first international patient (Bangladesh) in Western Rajasthan. Have been actively involved in setting up the cardiac surgery ICU in AIIMS Jodhpur, established the program of aortic surgery and performed the first Ozaki Aortic Valve repair in Rajasthan in the department of cardiothoracic vascular surgery, AIIMS, Jodhpur. Performed and assisted in more than 1500 adult and congenital heart surgeries (both simple and complex). Experienced in performing on- pump and off- pump CABGs, LIMA, RIMA and radial harvesting, total arterial revascularization, minimally invasive cardiac surgeries (AVR, MVR, ASD Closure). Have been actively involved in ECMO, LVAD & heart transplant programs in AIIMS, New Delhi and BLK-MAX Hospital. Actively participated in endovascular TEVAR, EVAR and TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) in BLK-MAX Hospital and AIIMS, Jodhpur.
