BACKGROUND
My career in clinical pharmacy enlightened me into the world of medicine. As I progressed through medical school, then eventually residency I decided to focus my skills on thoracic surgery. I always found the lung to be a fascinating organ; how it has the ability to convert a gas to a liquid state.

I am very interested in a career in thoracic surgery and currently doing a general surgery residency.
