Former head of plastic department of Toulouse University Hospital, I did specialize in reconstructive surgery and in particular in chest wall surgery.
I used to work a lot with thoracic and pediatric surgeons. Together we updated the technique of Pectus Excavatum custom made implants : using Computer Aided Design to get the perfect shape for the implant, and inserting the implant in a deep position behind the pectoralis major muscle up and rectus abdomnial fascia.
I have an experience of more than 800 cases of Pectus and Poland operated with 3D custom made implants. And I trained hundreds of thoracic, pediatric and plastic surgeons to this technique worldwide.
