Completed clinical rotations in China and currently preparing for an observership in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Grand Hôpital de Charleroi (GHDC), Site Les Viviers, Belgium, under the direct supervision of Dr. Bogdan Florin Trifan (EACTS member). Targeting General Surgery residency and Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship in the United States. USMLE Step 1 preparation in progress.

First-author case report on spherical intracardiac thrombus, under the supervision of a cardiothoracic surgeon at Wenzhou Medical University — manuscript in preparation for submission to JACC (Journal of the American College of Cardiology). Research interests: structural heart disease, mitral and aortic valve repair outcomes, minimally invasive cardiac surgery techniques, and cardiac surgical access in low-resource settings.
