This case demonstrates the repositioning of an anomalous right coronary artery (RCA). The computed tomography (CT) angiography is shown. An upper ministernotomy was performed with femoral venous cannulation and a standard aortic cannula. The RCA was identified by freeing up the fat around it up to the aorta. 

The RCA was mobilized further and taken up to its origin at the aorta. The anomalous origin was then tied off, and the RCA was dissected free. After mobilization, a suitable location on the aorta was identified, and the RCA was anastomosed to the aorta.
