A 3.5 cm Single Incision VATS Cystotomy and Cappitonage for a 15 cm Hydatid Cyst

A 27-year-old male presented after experiencing chest pain and a cough for a month. Chest computed tomography showed a 15 cm cystic lesion with air-fluid level in the right lower lobe. A single incision VATS cystotomy and cappitonage was performed through a 3.5 cm incision for a 15 cm hydatid cyst.
