Friedrich Mohr and Martin Misfeld from the Leipzig Heart Center in Leipzig, Germany, present this operative video on their minimally invasive mitral valve surgery technique. Introduced in 2000, the Leipzig “Loop technique” simplifies complex repairs of mitral disease by using Gore-Tex loops.
