As a part of the 2023 joint international conference of the African Academy for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery and the African Association of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons, Professor Joel Dunning presented on the importance of collaboration across the world in cardiothoracic surgery. He summarizes the efforts of CTSNet to connect middle- and low-income countries with the broader CT surgery community.
