Excellent! The procedure is also known as UFO Operation.
Nice presentation, i have done this once. I t follows from the superior transeptal approach to the mitral valve. Many suture lines, long clamp times, and a long night for everybody involved….great job….
Great video. I usually run the mitral sewing cuff to the bovine pericardial patch with a running prolene. Helps speed things up.
