Tengo un paciente para hacer esta cirugia el miercoles, asi que voy a tratar de reproducir tu técnica. Tengo algunas preguntas:
Usas la misma hebra de prolene para toda la sutura del homoinjerto, empezando por la mitral?
Hiciste la anuloplastia mitral por la insuficiencia mitral que tenia la paciente o hay que hacerla en todos los casos para evitarla?
