Great debate, I have always thought that mini MVR is a good operation in selected patients with limited but obvious prolapse and “skinny shallow chests”. In addition I have found an uncontrasted ct scan of the chest to be invaluable as in pts who have had lobectomies which tends to displace the mediastinum one way or the other. Just a thought?
