Thank you for the nice procedure and demonstration. I am wondering weather it is necessary to close the pericardium with interrupted sutures when it is opened through the left side to prevent from cardiac hernia?
Good Question.
We close the pericardium on the right side when we do a tt ablation.
On the left it is not necessary.
