Bob Kiaii of the London Health Sciences Centre in Ontario, Canada, makes the case for a hybrid approach to coronary revascularization. He argues that hybrid revascularization is a useful component of one's armamentarium but that more data is needed to establish its usefulness for high-risk patients.
