The RV-PA conduit or Sano modification, has recently been reintroduced into the Norwood armamentarium. Many centers, however, have been experiencing conduit obstruction with the Sano. This video demonstrates a modification of the technique used for the RV-PA conduit that has reduced the incidence of conduit obstruction at our institution.

Double aortic arch is the most common of the complete vascular rings, causing tracheo-esophageal compression. This is a case report of a double aortic arch with balanced aortic arches, presenting with extrinsic tracheobronchial obstruction.
