In his presentation, he provides footage and discussion on mitral valve exposure and left atrial retractors, the pitfalls of anterior leaflet preservation, preserving commissural chords, debulking the annulus, reoperative challenges concerning clamping, and inserting prostheses in endoscopic surgery.
