One of the most frequent and feared complications of sequential diamond-shaped coronary anastomoses is the so-called seagull deformity, which causes a turbulence flow within the graft and the risk of clot formation. In this video, the authors discuss strategy to avoid this complication as well as the strategy to address it in case the seagull deformity has already occurred.
