He underwent surgery, and a bioprosthetic valve was placed at the level of the infundibulum. Congratulations for the novel surgery but I happened to think that a stentless valve could have been a better alternative and less traumatic. What is your opinion on that?

That is an excellent suggestion – using a stentless valve.
To be honest we dont have stentless valves available at our institution, hence we had to go for the conventional bioprosthetic valve.
