thank you for a good idea. i think you must to do cardioplegia to perform the ventriculotomia for the proximal side of the Sano tube

Thanks. Actually, no cardioplegia necessary for the proximal Sano either. Still perfusing the coronaries from the innominate artery graft at this point.
What systemic temperature were you using? Thanks
I cool to 18C, but not necessary.
