SCTS 2024 | “How to Start Routine Minimally Invasive CABG” With Oleksandr Babliak

At the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery Annual Meeting 2024, Oleksandr Babliak presented “How to Start Routine Minimally Invasive CABG.” In his presentation, he discussed total coronary revascularization via left anterior thoracotomy (TCRAT) and step-by-step instructions for TCRAT-CABG. He highlighted proximal anastomoses using the side-biting and single cross-clamp techniques; and contrast CT with a focus on CPB safety, aortic cross-clamping, and proximals.
