Ali H Mashadi

Ali H. Mashadi, BA is a first-year medical student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland – Bahrain. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in May 2023 with a degree in Human Physiology and Urdu. Ali aims to pursue a medical career in academic cardiothoracic surgery, with hopes to engage in the triad of clinical, research, and teaching work in the future.

For the past 6-years, Ali has gained experience conducting Basic Science, Translational, and Clinical/outcomes research in cardiothoracic surgery. To date, Ali has published more than 60 peer-reviewed research items, in the forms of traditional manuscripts, surgical teaching videos, and presentations at national and international conferences.
