Patient-Reported Outcomes After Lung Cancer Surgery: An Interview With Cecilia Pompili

Senior Editor Mara Antonoff spoke with Dr. Cecilia Pompili, an expert on patient-reported outcomes in cardiothoracic surgery, on the recently published results of the CheckMate 816 trial. The trial analyzed quality of life three years after neoadjuvant therapy and chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer. Dr. Pompili reported that the findings of the trial indicate that neoadjuvant therapy does not affect patient-reported pain or quality of life.
