Redo Right Upper Lobe Microlobectomy After Previous Middle Lobectomy

This video shows a redo right upper lobe microlobectomy for a second primary tumor. The authors previously performed a posterior approach middle lobectomy on the patient in 2014. Footage from both operations is shown in this video, so that the differences in approaches can be seen. Interestingly, the fissure was very good in the first operation and this was preserved in the redo operation, despite additional peripheral adhesions. The authors encourage all surgeons to save videos of previous operations. In this case, the 2014 video of the original operation helped the authors prepare for the redo operation.
