VATS Right S1 (Apical) Segmentectomy With 3D Reconstruction Planning

This video demonstrates a video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) right S1 segmentectomy with 3D reconstruction planning, detailing the anatomy of the bronchus, artery, and vein, followed by lines of division depicted in 3D. Further position of the patient, the apical segmental artery and its branches, vein dissection, and bronchus dissection and division were highlighted. The 3D reconstruction helped the surgeons achieve a safe segmentectomy while highlighting the vascular variations.
