This video explains how a ruptured sinus of Valsalva (RSOV) obscured the presence of ventricular septal defect (VSD) in a patient, who underwent device closure for the same. The presence of VSD caused hemolysis in the patient in the post procedure period, for which it required surgical removal of the device and closure of the RSOV and VSD.
