9th International Hands-On Surgical Training (HOST) Course: The AORTIC VALVE and LEFT OUTFLOW TRACT including ROSS and OSAKI Procedures
This is a hybrid course with capacity for 15 in-person attendees and 30 on-line virtual attendees (who will be sent the 5 surgical models and web-camera).
There is a session of pre-course lectures on Feb 4th followed by three separate 'Hands-on' sessions with the surgical models (see attached programme). The timings are set to accommodate as many time-zones as possible.
Procedures are: SUPRA-AORITC STENOSIS repair, ROSS PROCEDURE, MODIFIED KONNO, ROSS-KONNO and the OSAKI Procedure
Faculty include all the Toronto team as well as Dr Ozaki, Dr Van Arsdell from Los Angeles and Dr Agati from Bambino Gesu in Italy.
Subsidised fees are available for surgical trainees.
