Assistant Medical Director in the Division of Thoracic Surgery in the Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular Dept. at University Hospital Careggi, Firenze. My clinical interests include using minimally invasive techniques for benign and malignant conditions of the lung and mediastinum; management of chest wall deformities or malignancies including reconstructive surgery. My clinical research activities focus on optimizing short-term and long-term outcomes of patients with thoracic surgical conditions.
